I decided to dedicate a blog entry to a very stylish fashionista. Her name is Cory Kennedy. She mixes and matches expensive clothing and cheap but chic clothing; Chanel clutch with a Target scarf. I love how Cory can wear almost anything and make it look like she spent a shit load of money on it. A lot of people laugh and do not feel that she is even worthy to have such a title as a fashion icon. I personally visited Cory's home twice to shop at her garage sales, where i purchased some tennis shoes, boots, and a one-of-a-kind bracelet that she made to wear in her Nylon photoshoot. All of her items were cheaply priced; she offered to sell me her Chanel bag for $100, when retail price for that purse is $1,500.00! By having your own sense of style and doing your own thing, Cory now is famous for, well dressing originally and making it look trendy. Now she is on the covers of hot magazines everywhere and friends with the A-List celebrities.

Double Take

Let me get this off my chest

What the fuck is going on with me? I'm in independant, impulsive, assertive, loud. I pick weak but beautiful boys, ones that worship the ground I walk on. He is my match, my challenge, my equal. Right now I'm fucking meek. I don't care if the meek shall inherit the earth, I am no such thing. I am submissive. We are disasters colliding, and moderation is not in our vocabulary. We love like beaten children. We love like drug addicts, with desperation and insatiability. I am helpless. He is the perfect drugs.
